Born in 1964, John Jiang’s career has been defined by his passion for chemical engineering. After completing his undergraduate studies in China, John pursued advanced research at **UC San Diego (UCSD)** within the Colloid & Interface Science Lab.
It was here that John identified the "Stability Crisis" in precision animal nutrition. After years of working in technical leadership roles for international silica giants, John returned to China to establish Sensil, creating a bridge between California's research excellence and Fujian's industrial capacity.
Today, John personally oversees the **UCSD-Silfeed Internship Program**, mentoring the next generation of engineers who spend time at our Sanming facility applying lab innovations to industrial reality.
